How Spring Load handles your data

Spring Load uses Google Sign-In and secure cloud storage so your routines, library, and settings can follow you between devices.

What Spring Load stores

Spring Load stores your Google account email address, display name, routine data, saved library items, spring catalog, label catalog, and routine-sharing data that you create inside the app.

Why this data is used

This data is used to sign you in, keep your account synced, back up your teaching materials, restore them when you sign in again, and let you share routines with people you choose.

Sharing and backups

Shared routines are created only when you choose to share one. Your saved routines, library items, custom springs, and labels are backed up to support Android and Wear OS use across signed-in devices.

Billing and Pro Mode

Spring Load uses Google Play Billing for Pro subscription purchases. Google processes your payment details; Spring Load stores subscription identifiers, status, expiration, and verification history needed to confirm access and support purchase restoration, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

Deletion and retention

You can permanently delete your account inside the app or from the web account page. Account deletion removes your user account and the data tied to it immediately. Limited billing audit records may remain after being detached from your Spring Load account when needed for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
