Help paths

Use the Settings screen in the Android app to manage language, spring labels, Pro Mode status, restore purchases later, and account deletion. The web account page lets you sign in with Google to review your tier, check your backup snapshot, sign out, or delete your account outside the app. Shared-routine links can be opened directly from Android and routed back into the app after sign-in.

Lite and Pro

Lite mode is meant to let you try the app with one saved routine and one saved library item. Pro Mode unlocks sharing, importing shared routines, and keeping more than one saved routine or library item.

Deletion guidance

Account deletion is immediate and permanent.

In the app, open Settings, choose General, then Delete account. On the website, open Account and sign in with Google to delete your account there.

Deleting your account removes your profile, sign-in links, routines, saved library items, custom spring and label catalogs, shared-routine records, subscription records, and entitlement records tied to that account.

If you cannot access the app or website, email SpringLoadApp@gmail.com to request account deletion directly.

Platform notes

Spring Load currently ships for Android and Wear OS. Live subscription purchasing is still being prepared, so Unlock Pro and Restore Purchases are present in the app but the purchase flow itself is not live yet.

Spring Load

Nickolas Howell publishes and supports Spring Load.

Spring Load was built by Nickolas Howell for his wife, a Pilates instructor, after they could not find a tool that fit the way she planned and taught classes.
